Machine Learning EA development with clear direction & specification

1. The job is to produce EA that uses one of all algo that he presented in his writing. The examples presented are just working demos of available algorithms in machine learning. That should serve as a base architecture or starting point for this EA development.
   

2. The EA presented in all of his examples only have trade logic components. For this project, I expect the EA to have at least the following component:

1. trade and lot size management

2. account balance management

3. operation time management

4. Economic events (i.e. news) filtering (existing working codes & libraries will be provided)
   

3. Instead of using 3 indicators as per in the articles, I have my list of indicators that I want to use as inputs. Those as input will be provided in .mq5 and .mqh files. No indicator need be created from scratch, re-code nor converted from .mq4. Nevertheless, code refactoring might be required in order to reduce runtime as multiple indicators use similar math calculation (e.g. moving averages).
   

4. Ideally, there will be two EAs as deliverables i.e. one EA for training using Metatrader 5 strategy tester (for easier data management purpose) and another EA for live trading.
   

5. I’m open to any other solution i.e. in terms of architecture or way of working or any kind of improvement. It is not compulsory but these gesture will put you higher on the shortlisted candidate!

6. In addition to freelancer's fee, long term contract (for iteration & upgrades) and  perks (including funded account) will be awarded to the freelancer who manages to deliver EA in time and as per specs.

• EA input optimization

• ML training

Requirements:

• Proficient in English as medium of communication 

• Proficient in coding EA that fully utilize OpenCL features 

• Proficient in coding EA that utilize SQLite

• Able to demonstrate prior experience in successfully code and deploy Machine Learning EA.
