Техническое задание

Hi.

The following features are needed. 

A. The EA Draws a SL Line in the chart that I can move to the place the SL has to be. If the SL Line is above the current price the EA will execute a Short Position IF I press a button. If the SL line has moved below the current price the EA will execute Long Position IF I press the button.

B. There are only 2 functions in the settings: Risk Capital in % & Risk per Trade in %
