Expert Advisor via MA Cross

I need an Expert Advisor for fully automated trading via MT5.

It shall have the following properties (all Values should have Inputs in menu):

- Open the FIRST trade by crossing MAs

  - Selectable use of RSI (selectable condition OR/AND/NOR/NAND/DISABLED)

  - Selectable use of Bollinger Bands (selectable condition OR/AND/NOR/NAND/DISABLED)

  - Close it via Stop loss (selectable of fixed pips, percentage of balance/margin/equity or DISABLED)

  - Close it via Take Profit (selectable of fixed pips, percentage of balance/margin/equity or DISABLED)

After closing the FIRST trade do following:

- If the last trade was a LONG, then open a trade in the same direction if with the next candle if the OPEN of the next candle is GREATER than the SL or TP of the last trade

- If the last trade was a SHORT, then open a trade in the same direction if with the next candle if the OPEN of the next candle is LOWER than the SL or TP of the last trade

- Open a trade in the opposite direction by waiting for the next MA Cross

- Selectable use of RSI (selectable condition OR/AND/NOR/NAND/DISABLED)

- Selectable use of Bollinger Bands (selectable condition OR/AND/NOR/NAND/DISABLED)

- Stop Loss (selectable of fixed or increasing pips or percentage of balance/margin/equity/DISABLED)

- Trailing Stop Loss (selectable of fixed or increasing pips or percentage of balance/margin/equity/DISABLED)

- Take Profit (or partial Take Profit by taking only a percentage of the profit and leave the trade open)

Common properties:

- Show an orange line for the Stop Loss

- Show a violet line for the Take Profit

- Mark the Open and the Close of a trade with an arrow on the chart showing the direction (blue for long and red for short)

- If possible, mark the direction of the whole trade with a dashed line (again blue for the long and red for the short)

- Show the reason of close of the trade (i.e. Stop Loss or Take Profit)

- Show the MA on the Chart (blue for the slow MA and yellow for the fast MA)

- Show the Bollinger Bands on the Chart

- Show the RSI on the Chart

- Draw the candles in green and red (full body)

- Show in an Info box some Information:
   - Asset, Timeframe, Balance, Margin, Start of actual trade, Lotsize or price of actual trade, profit or loss of actual trade, direction of actual trade

The source code has to be a bit structuriced and commented with explanations, what each part of the code would do.

Of course I need the source code.
