Creating a Moving Averages indicator from an existing indicator

I have an indicator which creates values like 100.2520 or 100.2581 with every closed candle.

I want to create a new indicator that shows these values as a Moving Average line on chart. It must also create new values for every closed candle in Data Window. This indicator should be used for creating an EA later.

Input fields for:

• Period
• MA method (Simple, Exponential, Smoothed, Linear Weighted)
• Style (color and lines)

• Custom name for indicator shown in chart (e.g. when hovering over line)
