Ea breakout strategy

I need a Ea breakout strategy with some rules. After for example 30 pips freeze position with a opposite order. Enter at market with delay at close candle (es. 5 min), if price go back don't enter. 

Set next trade with TP and breakeven at +30 pips (if opposite loss 30pips)

I want to see in the chart the box created by the maximum and the minimum with number range pips
