Develop Forex software program that can load two MT4 accounts via API from 2 different brokers and automatically open a buy on one account and a sell on another account simultaneously, based on a pip difference of x between the bid and the ask of the two accounts. The bid will always be Broker A, and the ask will always be on Broker B, never vice versa. 

I stated c++ but am only guessing, speed of execution is important so any programming language that isn't slow.

Once the opposing pairs of trades is opened, then the reverse will be needed to close the pair using the same method. Therefore a log of the trades placed would need to be displayed so that each trade can be closed using the API connection.

The photo attached is an example of when an ideal trade would have been placed. So a user input stating in this case "8 points or less, then place trade".
