Техническое задание

what I need is a very simple and Basic EA  

The EA is based on the following trading assets:

deriv broker 

boom 500 /1000

crash 500/ 1000

but I will be using boom 500 as an example throughout 

The objective of the EA :

The EA should open a trade and close it within a given time or objective every minute

( e.g open a buy position with 0.20 lot on boom 500 and immediately close the trade when its in a loss of -0.03)

all this takes around a second to happen

and this must happen every minute on an M1 chart frame  

which means the EA is going to open a number 1440 trades every 24 hours
