Hybrid-EAs for Entries and Exits

I would like to offer programmer for develop EA base on my manual entry position. The EA should have functions to detect my entry and close my position with take profit and stop loss base on my setting. If EA hit the TP, the EA will wait until I enter a new position and if EA hit a SL the EA will enter the new position after hit a pending position gap that setting by user. Any detail developer can discuss with me in detail later.

the idea: 

1) first entry IS MANUAL - trader open position

2) this ea will calculated second position open base on gap setting, lot size setting and either buy or sell base on setting by a trader.

3) 3rd order also follow a #2. maximum setting until 5 open order

4) all parameter for order either stop order or limit order are justify by a trader

5) close all order will be base on profit also set by a trader.
