Simple EA robot required

An example is given below of exactly what I need from the robot:

1. A Buy order gets activated on XAU/USD, once Moving Average (5, Exponential) crosses and activates a horizontal line.  By 'activate', I mean the moving average  must lock above the horizontal line in question, see below screenshot:

Candle A = Is where the 5MA crosses (but has not yet 'locked')

Candle B = The 5MA is still above the line and has now 'locked', this then opens an Order with a take profit target of 20 pips

2.  Now that the candle has locked, it should activate a Buy order and set a take profit at 20 pips.  At this point an alert should be sent via email or via MT5 platform to alert that the order has been opened.  An alert should be triggered also when the take profit target has been hit.

NOTE - The only time when an order should ‘not’ open is if there is another horizontal line above that price has already hit when the MA cross activated.

3. If, however, the Candle reverses and does not hit the take profit target, and locks the other way, it should close the current Buy order and then open a Sell order instead and take profit at 40 pips (not 20 pips).  An alert should be sent for this also.

Regarding the horizontal line, these are lines that I will manually place. 

I would like to be able to:

- Adjust the timeframe

- Adjust the MA

- Adjust the take profit pips

- Apply it to any FX pair
