Please design for me a MT5  platform should be able as well that will send signal and screenshot of the chart on TELEGRAM.

Experience with RSI divergency would be a great advantage. 

The EA must be able send additional text, or weblink together with the signals as one message or separately in two different messages.

The additional text can be adjusted by the user.

The main purpose of this EA Will be to detect specific trading reversals pattern combine with RSI divergence

The EA must be able to Detect reversals RSI DIVERGENCY, and Fair-Value Gap

The EA must be suitable for all currency, indices and commodity. The Main purpose of the EA indicator is to Highlight a specific zone with a rectangular box which will be refer as a trading zone by detecting RSI divergency

Once the EA detect that zone, the EA will highlight the trading zone, which will be a buy zone or sell zone. If the user chooses the Monthly timeframe, the EA will detect that specific zone based on the Monthly timeframe according to the conditions, and the rest goes the same if the user choose another different timeframe.

ONCE THE ZONE HAS BEEN DETECTED ON A SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME, EVEN IF WE SWICTH ON A LOWER, OR HIGHER TIME FRAME, THE EA MUST BE ABLE TO SELECT THAT SPECIFIC ZONE BASED ON THE ZONE CANDLE SELECTED BY THE USER.

IF THE USER CHOOSE FOR EXAMPLE TO DETECT THE TRADING ZONE BASED ON THE DAILY TIMEFRAME, FOR NO MATTER WHAT TIMEFRAME WE ARE THE EA WILL DETECT THE ZONE BASED ON TIMEFRAME CHOSEN BY THE USER

The EA will work on the on all timeframe (1Min, 5min, 15 Min, 30 Min, 1HR, 4HR, Daily, Weekly and Monthly) chosen by the user only but based on certain conditions.

§  The EA must be able to place pending orders, (buy limit and sell limit).in the specific trading zone

§  The User must be able to select if the EA will send screenshot signal only or if the EA can take trades only or both.

§  The EA must be able to place also market execution if we in that trading zone, and this is optional.

§  The EA must be able to operate on a specific price range define by the user and this feature, can be disable or activated by the user. this price range will be defined on the number of days.

§  The EA MUST be able to highlight Imbalance or fair value GAP

§  The EA must be able to display trading zone with reversal divergence with RSI

§  The EA must have price range based on the number of days determine by the user ON WHICH THE EA WILL OPERATE

§  The EA will have a move that will display the latest reversal divergence .and the other mode will combine the other mode with a specific candle pattern all together combine with the divergences

§  The source code needs to be provided as well.
