Custom Forex EA based on Last Candlestick with Trailing

I want an MT4 EA with source code with following rule:

EA will first open in pending stop order with certain lot based on last candlestick in every selected time frame. In case of last candlestick bullish the open position will be Buy Stop and VV in case candlestick bearish. There is a set trailing in pending order in case price move in opposite direction, the pending order will adjusted with set step number and follow the price movement. Once the price reach price of pending order, an order will be opened with set TP, SL with set trailing stop and trailing step. Once order closed in TP or SL, next pending stop order with above rules will be started with option start immediately or start in next new candlestick.
