MeanBB Requirements

Entry Variation:  As selection field to choose.

1.       A: Outside Close/

2.        B: Outside-Inside Close

Long Entry:

Version A: Long will be opened if bar closes below the Bollinger Band. For this the Entry Variation must be put on Outside Close.

Version B: Long will be opened if close below Bollinger Band and next bar closes inside Bollinger Band.

Short Entry:

Version A: Short will be opened if bar closes above and outside the Bollinger Band. For this the Entry Variation must be put on Outside Close.

Version B: Short will be opened if close above Bollinger Band and next bar closes inside Bollinger Band.

Exit Management

Following Fields are required:

SL Pips: Insert Field Ticks

TP Pips: Insert Field Ticks

Exit: If no Take Profit inserted, close will happen when price touches the opposite Bollinger Band, else Take Profit will exit the Trade.

If SL inserted, Exit on SL, else Exit when opposite BB will be touched by the price.

Trend Filter

The Filter is an input field, that represents the days of looking back. If filter selected, then following logic applied

Filter logic:

Long Only opens:

The filter gets applied on daily bars. If yesterday had higher high and higher low than previous day.

Short Only

If yesterdays high lower and lower low than previous day.

Taking trades only in specific times. For this two insert field are needed where can be a time window specified. The two fields are:

Entry Time: 08:00

In this example a trade can only be opened from 8 am

Exit Time: 23:00

In this example a trade can maximum entered until 23:00. Between Exit Time and Entry Time no trading allowed.

The program should have possibility to trade on specific Weekdays only.

Friday: true/false

Saturday: true/false
