Need to create web based automated tarding system for mt4/5

hi,

i want to built a website based on mt4/5 api,  where from member can check brokers live quotes for different pair, spreads, swap rate etc and also compare among the brokers as well. member also can copy others trade and see own accounts performance based on various financial tools.

means trade mirroring service and brokers spread, swap,quote comparisons.
