Drawdown Alert / Account Balance Alert MT4 and MT5

I would like to create an EA for each platforms MT4 and MT5. Its the same EA but two files, one for MT4 and one for MT5.

EA would be placed on any pair chart and any timeframe, and will monitor the account's equity as a % or balance.

Drawdown would be calculated as a percentage of equity/balance. When specified % is reached, ea will 1) display alert, 2) send email alert, 3)send push alert.

On Chart would be displayed:

Balance, Equity, Percentage of Drawdown in $ and %, as well as Leverage used.

Preferably settings will allow a change of color font. 

Time: EA should have a cool down of 30 seconds. Once drawdown is reached and alerts are send, wait 30 seconds to send another set of alerts if conditions still apply.   

On settings would be:

Drawdown at which to trigger alert (scroll down option to choose from 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, default is 10%)

Alert Name  (to be filled manually, default is blank)

Display Alert (true/false, default is true)

Email Alert (true/false, default is true)

Push Alert (true/false, default is true)

Sound Alert (true/false, default is true)

Sound File (to be filled manually, default is alert.wav)

Label Color (scroll down option to choose different colors)
