Need a very simple example C# DLL writing for use in MT4 (MQL4)

Need a very simple example C# DLL writing for use in MT4 (MQL4).

This is just a proof of concept and for educational purposes for me only.

The DLL (must be written in C#) needs to accept two parameters (a double and a string).

Must show example of returning parameters and retrieval in the MQL4 code. Parameters returned must be a double value and a string variable.

So, in essence just need a simple example MQL4 program to show how it imports a simple DLL

I need to be able to load the DLL source code into Visual Studio IDE 2022 to compile and use in MQL4. Obviously, basic source code for MQL4 and VS Studio solution/code for the DLL needed to validate the proof of concept.
