Техническое задание

I have FIX API account but still haven't engine. So I look for coder able to build this. Credentials broker  sent for me  will be  provided for whom  will be interested.

Coding language - whatever. It's up to you, every language suitable for such project is ok for me.

My expectation for this moment is only to test FIX API abilities. So, trading algorythm will be very simple: robot opens trades on pre-defined times and closes 10 seconds later.

No ideas how long time such a job takes so don't hesitate to say your  own price.
