A EA or Script to call another EA(during live trading) passing it only OHLC ticks of last minute's candle

Hi,

I need a wrapper EA or script (whichever suits best) which calls another EA (purchased from marketplace so source code isnt available) passing it only 4 ticks (OHLC of last 1 minute candle) during live trading. This is same as running strategy tester with "1M OHLC" modelling but during live trading. So any related functions like ontick() called inside of wrapped EA will see only 4 ticks of last 1 minute's candle same as strategy tester does.
