Entry and exit position message send to Telegram channel

Hello sir/mdm, 

The request is that the entry and exit(TP/SL or manual close) order will send immediately as message to Telegram.

For example if my account open buy position the message immediately sent to Telegram channel is :

Buy XAUUSD at price 1870.00 with TP at 1875.00 and no SL (IF no SL)

If the position will close manually, the message also sent into Telegram channel
