Hello, I am in need of an EA as descripbed below. Looking for Developers' interest: 


Open Short and Long positions at  SAME   time in WTI oil and Brent oil each  >>>> BUT WHEN Standard Deviation in two oils is minimum according to their previous data. 

Close BOTH positions at same time when Standar Deviation backs to normal according to their previous data

(Short that oil which has increased in recent time and Long that has become cheap in recent time)
