Who would like to translate a short MQL4 skript to MQL5?

I got a short MQL4 script from "mindful FX UG" under the creative commons license.

The script generates a simple csv file for the import into the bookkeeping (German general ledger).

I would like to get a translation into MQL5.

With 'translation' I mean to program an MQL5 code, that generates exactly the same output as the original script.

I will send you the original .mq4 file and need a working .mq5 file back.

(Please keep the signature of the original programmer, as I would like to give him something back.)
