Техническое задание

Hello there, looking for an expert to convert my Tradingview strategy to mt4 EA......I just want to specify some of the features that I wanna have as an option
1 weekend-on/off
2 major news -on/off
3 drawdown cut off % numbers that I can put in like 3,5,4 or any number
4 lot size limitation or max lot
5 stop loss is always 1.5 times ATR
6 lot size calculation= % risk (1or 2% of total amt)/contract size x ATR x 1.5
Eg if I have 100k act and Atr =20 and risk percentage is .25% is like this
.25% of 100k/ contract size of 10 x 20 x1.5 =250/300 =0.83
7Exit strategy should have two options
A change of macd histogram color
B nnfx baseline color change
8 Always when price after entering a trade goes 1 ATR the stop loss should move to break even with zero risk.... Kindly bid if you're an expert only
