Техническое задание

Hello guys I need a support and resistance indicators… it should indicate when the it candle reaches the every top on the market for sell position and also when it reaches the very button in the chart for a buy. This should also ring an alert when the indicator show up for both and it must not repaint. Check the attached screenshot to get a exactly how I want it done
