I want to convert three MT4 indicator to MT5 indicator

I want to convert the attached MT4 indicators to MT5 indicator. And I also want the listed alert type added to each of the indicator after conversion. so that every time the signal of four time frame agree. the alert will pop up on the current time frame. I want the alert to display ''Currency pairs, Time frame, Indicator name, Signal, Entry price''
