I need an EA based on Support and resistance break out

I will try and explain what I need need clearly. This is my trading strategy and I need to make easy for myself. These is what I need:                    1. 4hr and daily support and resistance. (Horizontal line with different colours)and should be base on price action.                               2. I want to see a signal sent to me when price breaks the 4hr trading range(support or resistance)with  an impulsive move.                                                                                                            I use to manually look at all charts opened to see if there is a 4hr range break and this can be very tedious work to do. So if I can get an alert and the visual representation easily then all other work I will do by my self.  I hope I have explained better. If you need more clarification please let me know.                                             Like I said in the description, all I want is that I will be notified when 4hr support resistance is broken from its range. Then I will take my normal manual trades base on my own rules... I don't need the ea to open or close anytrade.  Ofcourse there will be daily and 4hr resistance and support lines colour coded and should also Automatically updated.
