Техническое задание

Hello, I am after a complex Forex EA expert advisor for MT5 based on Bollinger Bands breakouts. Full details, documentation, and files I will provide in a private message. I have the BB Breakout indicator already built and its functions must be implemented inside the EA, because the whole strategy is based on this indicator.

Please note this project is not for everyone, only a few programmers will be able to do it on their own or in tandem with someone else. 

Just to give you an idea before you message me so we don't waste our time. Some of the functions the EA must include are:

1. News filter
2. Backtesting the news filter for as many years as possible. 
3. EA operates in multi-time frames and it is not stuck to a fixed TF, but scans multiple TF's and makes a decision for placing orders based on calculations from multiple TF.
4. Risk management
5. Risk Factors
6. Auto calculation of lot size based on risk factor
7. Pending orders, trailing stops when in profit
8. Remove the order if not activated after X amount of time
9. Multi-symbol backtesting
10. Self-learning function
11. Self-optimization
12. BUG-free EA, clean code, and fast execution

I have already visually constructed the input section of the EA currently around 50 lines.

The EA source code has to be handed over at end of stage.
