Note: This is a re-posting of a previous job. I will only accept responses from programmers who can give me their full time and attention. I want this programmed within 3 days from start to finish, no excuses. When you reply, please tell me your time zone and work times so I can work with you and get this done fast.

I would like to hire an MQL4 programmer to create an EA with my parameters below. The system uses 2 of my existing Custom Indicators (.ex4 files) as well as the Average True Range (ATR) and Exponential Moving Average (EMA) indicators. The system should be able to send alerts to MT4 and my smart phone. Initially the system will be Demo Traded on my desktop PC. Following this, I will use a dedicated server to save the drain on my desktop PC. 

As much as possible, I will send files via email. I will start with the spreadsheet of the below information. Please take a look at the information below and reply back with your initial interest and price.
