Техническое задание

I need someone who can develop a Scalping FX robots that can be used in all commodities in Time Frame of 1M,5M,15M,1 hour,The robot must Buy/Sell and set take profit with risk ration of 1 to 3 and move Stop loss to 80% whenever its about to reach take profit as a way of locking the profit then place another entry where it has moved the SL if the momentum is still on,it must use 2 MAs (Fast & Slow(NB:revelead once we have agreed to do the project together) with 50/50 RSI and MACD as Confirmation and whenever this MA crosses each other (Up/Down a trade must places on the second candlestick.I need the robot to be used in multiple MT4/MT5 and to be operated both manually and automatical following both technicals and fundamentals of the market and it must give alerts through email/sms of high profitable trades to take per session.
