Adding few update in my ea and convert mql4 to mql5

Need to update my existing ea to only find signal of trade after trend goes some certain pip up or pip down before ea look for position to open position if moves certain pip up only sell position allowed to open at that level if see signal if moves certain pip down only buy position allowed to open at that level and I need option of maximum symbol allowed to open in the mt5 mt4 account example if I install ea on 20 currency pairs symbols if I set all in 1 max symbol allowed once open first in any currency pair it will not allow any other different pair till close.
