Perform Quality check on this MT4 indicator

I have an MT4 indicator that has a couple of issues

1. repainting. The arrow appears and then later disappears but when i change a timeframe like (from 15 to 30 and then back to 15) the arrow appears again. Please can you fix that issue 
2. The indicator has a strange way to alert but i dont see the alert.
I would like to see the alert pop up and even get alert via mail and sound too
3. Can you include in the input section, the option to change the following
   (a) type of arrow i want
   (b) size of the arrow
   (c) color of the arrow
   (d) color of the moving averages
   (e) option to hide the moving averages
