Fix issues in pinescript indicator

I have an indicator in pinescript
The issue that i have is that the alert comes very late in the following forms
1. The arrow of sell or buy appears approximately 8 candlesticks late
2. The alert does not work using tradingview alerting

I will post the MT4 code together with the pinescript code so that you can take a look

Requirements:
1. the above 2 issues to be fixed

2. include the options to change the settings 

3. make the alert options to work using tradingview alerting

4. please test the indicator using tradingview back testing to make sure that the buy or sell is timely and the alerting occurs in a timely manner
