Bubble Boll Band  Maximum RSI to buy: .....
Bubble Boll Band Minimum RSI to sell

RSI values ​​for buying and selling apply to the bubble (candle that opens and closes outside the bollinger bands.)
this does not apply to the signal candle (candle that re-enters bollinger bands.)
