Convert mql4 file to ctrader file

Are you able to convert this MT4 indicator to cTrader? Its a simple rectangle that includes a 50% fib line. I use it to place the box on 'order blocks' of interest to me and it automatically draws the 50% level (you usually have to place a rectangle, then pull the fib tool over the rectangle top to bottom, then add a horizontal line at the 50% level) this indicator does it automatically (you press the backslash key to have it appear on the MT4 chart). I had this MT4 indicator custom coded so I've attached both the mq4 and ex4 file to this message so you can see what it does.
