Creat an EA to monitor drawdown of each position seperately and send push notice to mobile device

Hello,

I need someone's help to create an EA with the following features:

1. Input parameter:

    (1)draw down in account currency:  in base currency (ex. $)

    (2)Metaquotes ID: input MetaQuotes ID here to send push notice

2. If any open position p/l cross over this drawdown value, send push notice to Mobile mt4 using Metaquotes ID

3.only the first time meet the drawdown , please send notice. Please do not send notice again if it's second time for this same position to cross over the draw down

4.No need to calculate total drawdown for all position together, only monitor each one position separately. Each pair can have many different open positions.

example:

1.input parameter:

(1)drawdown in account currency: 1000

(2)There are 10 open position in the account, if any of the positoin's loss is <= -1000 , send push notice to MetaQuotes assigned

(3)Only send the notice when its first time cross the value, no more alert if next time again

(4)No need to calculate total drawdown for all position together, only monitor each one position separately
