Техническое задание

Hi I need a trading robot which will use rsi 14 (close) oversold 70 overbought 30 wait on level 50.must open buys when a bullish candle close on the oversold level and a sell when a bearish candle close on the overbought level . Must work on 1 and 5 minutes time frame. Must open 2 trades for every $100 take profit 15 points away from opened order and stop loss should be 15 minutes from opened order. Must be able to lock profit when its 10 points in profits. I want to  sell it so every copy that they buy must have a unique code to open and must open only once with that unique code
