Техническое задание

when a Buy/Sell signal is generated by my indicator it sends me Alert ,Your Task is to add IF CONDITION ,


For Example :

IF a Buy signal Appear and remain for 15 Minutes then no action required as it already generated me alrert ,

IF a BUY Signal disappear after 15 minutes then need to generate alert of Sell Signal .


and vise versa for Buy and Sell .
