Vel-Diff-Hist(New Histogram) pinned at the bottom of the window, on an existing custom indicator

create new histograms{"Vel-Diff-Hist" to be called > (RSD-Vel-Hist & Hist-Vel-Hist)} Pinned at the bottom of the window adjustable to scale change of RSD-Histogram so that it always stays at the bottom of the indicator window. Color coding must come in four(HH,HL,LL,LH), historical data readable, when I move curser to these data. In case when Diff = 0 on RSD-Vel-Hist / Hist-Vel-Hist, we will record data of that velocity as is(closed/previous data), changing the colour coding{Dimgray(LL);Silver(LH);Royalblue(HH);Aque(HL)}, data must also be readable by curser, we can have Zero diff on RSD-Vel-Hist but not on Hist-Vel-Hist, so display & data would change for RSD-Vel-Hist, but not Hist-Vel-Hist.

This is a huge project that I would like to complete, tell me if you are available to chat..? you see I have this custom indicator, so I would like to take some data from it, and create a new histogram pinned at the bottom of the indicator window, can you help me?
