I am looking for a Data Window displayed in Chart Window, upper left corner, showing following data and values:

- for MQL5, MT5 

-Background untransparent (black color) 

-Time of CandleClose (Text in white color)

-Price 5 Simple Moving Average (Text in yellow color)  

-Price 15 Simple Moving Average (Text in LimeGreen color)

-Price 50 Simple Moving Average (Text in Turquoise color)

-Price 200 Simple Moving Average  (Text in Magenta color)

-Price Bollinger Bands Middle (Text in white color) (20-period and 2 Standard Deviations)

-Price Bollinger Bands Top (Text in white color)

-Price Bollinger Bands Bottom (Text in white color)

-Pivot Orange

-S1 Purple

-S2 Dodger Blue

-R1 Purple

-R2 Dodger Blue
