Big Project! Development of Copy trading Website

I need a highly skilled developer to create a copy trading website that mimics the look and functionality of the copy trader on https://ct.topfx.com/copy

In addition I need it to be compatible with ALL brokers. I live in America and I use EagleFX so I need it to be fully compatible with them. I also need this to function as a fully competent set and forget system so literally the only thing I need to do is subscribe to the proper signals. I also need it to have a safety function which ensures that I don't miss out on any trades whatsoever and for that I want to use a reverse mode function which starts up automatically without me needing to do anything in the event that one of my signal providers begins to lose a trade. It will work by reversing a losing provider’s trades while simultaneously copying the profits to my account.
