Create an EA from a Custom Indicator for Buy and Sell Market Order

I need a professional Programmer with who will Create an EA from a Custom indicator for buy and sell Trigger.

Project Requirement:

1. When the Green vertical lines and first Green Arrows show up == Buy Order open.

 > Hence the Red vertical lines and first Arrows Red show up == Take Profits.

2. When the Red vertical lines and first Red Arrows show up == Sell Order open.

 > Hence the Green vertical lines and first Arrows Green show up == Take Profits.

3. Stop loss = manually computation

3. Trailing Stop = Manually computation

4. Mandatory Back-testing and Optimization of the EA with the past 3 years data - Please, Note: if you can perform number 4 dont apply.

5. Clean code and supply of the sources file and ex4.

6. Money and Risk Management 

7. Show on the charts numbers and % of wins and loss
