Simple indicator for imbalance and break of structure alerts

I am looking for someone to build a simple MT4 indicator that shows engulfing candle a break of structure, and imbalance. With an alert system for push alerts to mobile device via MT4 and pop up alerts for desktop version.

The sequence of events would look something like this.

1. Engulfing candle occurs and creates imbalance

2. Holds this status for up to (Variable Number) of candles OR cancels if the imbalance is taken by more than (Variable Number) percentage

            (If the break of structure from next step does not happen within the Variable number of candles, the sequence cancels)

3. Candle closes above structure point and break of structure occurs with the imbalance still active (we can use adjustable fractals for structure break) (also would like to be able to use wicks OR no wicks)

3a. Prints Imbalance on the screen and leaves imbalance displayed until the area is filled by (Variable number) percentage of total area. Imbalance is the difference between the wicks of candles in a 3 candle sequence. 

5. Delays (Variable Number) number of candles before sending the alert via MT4 push alert and pop up desktop with custom sound
