EA based on Fractals, MA, RSI

I am using some indicators:

ZigZag and Fractals which is free here on this platform

RSI (14)

Three moving averages (60) (100) and (200)

Need a MT5 EA where i can set TP, SL, Lots and maybe the indicator settings

When fractal is up and price is over 50 RSI and price is above all three EMAs, enter short trade. If fractal is down, price is under 50 RSI and price is unter all three EMAs, enter long trade.

If possible i would need it today.
