EA That Trades on Price Difference Bewteen 2 Brokers

Hello. I would like you to make an EA that trades based on the price difference between 2 brokers. Clear instructions are provided below. Apply only if you have related experience. I want a good quality EA.

Summary:

This EA will monitor the price difference between 2 MT4 with different brokers. Once the price difference is large enough, it will open a trade. The EA will close the trade using stochastic oscillator indicator.

Details:

I will use 2 EAs - 1 EA for the main MT4 and 1 EA for the monitor MT4. The EAs will run on the same symbol 1-minute chart, and compare the current bid price. The main EA will do the actual trading on the main MT4. The monitor EA will monitor the price on the monitor MT4 and report the data to the main EA.

The EAs will monitor the price difference of every tick. When the price difference is equal to or larger than PriceDiffToOpen (See settings), it will open a trade on the main MT4. If the main MT4 price is lower than monitor MT4 price, main EA will open Buy. If main MT4 price is higher than monitor EA price, main EA will open Sell.

The EA will close the trade using the stochastic oscillator indicator (5,2,3) that comes with MT4. The settings is default, except change %D period to 2. (%K period=5, %D period=2, slowing=3, price field=Low/High, MA method=simple). At the close of each 1-minute candle, the EA will check the stochastic indicator for a crossover. The EA will close a buy when the K and D lines cross downwards above 80 (overbought region). The EA will close a sell when the K and D line cross upwards below 20 (oversold region). 

If the trade is still open after "MinutesToClose", the EA will force close the trade.

Only after the trade has closed, the EA can make another trade again.

I will run the EA on multiple symbols. If possible, let the monitor EA send the price of multiple symbols to multiple main EAs. This is so that I need to run only 1 monitor EA for multiple symbols.

Note: My brokers use different suffix.

Settings:

PriceDiffToOpen - This is the minimum price difference in pips between the bid prices for EA to open trade. If the price difference is equal to or larger than PriceDiffToOpen, EA will open trade. For example, if EURUSD price on main MT4 is 1.7610, EURUSD price on monitor MT4 is 1.7600, the price difference is 1 pips. If PriceDiffToOpen is more than 1, EA will not trade. If PriceDiffToOpen is 1 or below, EA will Sell on main MT4.

EquityPerLot - This is the equity required for each lot. For example, if EquityPerLot=1000, for every 1000 equity, EA will open trade with 1 lot. If equity is 5000, EA will open 5 lots.

MinutesToClose - This is the maximum trade duration in minutes to close the trade. The EA will only close the trades with the same magic number.

MaxSpread - Maximum spread in pips of the main MT4 for a trade to be allowed

MaxTrades - The total maximum open trades in the main MT4 for all EAs

TimeRange - This is the broker time range for the EA to trade. For example, 8:00-19:30 means EA can trade from 8am to 7.30pm broker time.

TP - Take profit in pips

SL - Stop loss in pips

MagicNumber - This is the magic number.
