Arrow maximum and minimum day

I need an indicator that creates an arrow every time the price reaches the high or low of the day.

For example, since the price leaves a low, a top is needed before generating a new low, and when the price leaves a high, it is necessary to leave a bottom for a new high.

bottom must be characterized when there are 3 bearish candles or more

top must be featured when there are 3 high candles or more
