Техническое задание

I am looking for an experienced programmer, who has worked on a profitable EA and indicator. I want the programmer to help me develop an indicator with buy/sell signals and EA mt4 and mt5. My strategy is two EMA crosses on price action. I will appreciate a programmer who is will to help by putting in his/her wealth of experience in helping me produce the best indicator and EA possible, for a handsome reward.

The EA must not incorporate Pending Orders or constantly delete and recreate them, for a short-term strategy. This would be a bad design and coding of the EA.

I will later give specifications to whoever is going to help me develop them.
