Please i need help. I am tired of doing math work with a calculator manually. On this far, i need a good programmer to develop a program that will be doing the work automatic.

Техническое задание


Develop a program that will do the following.

Diagram 1

The program will automatically update its Parrot Pro screen-(Diagram 2) with only three histories of the last rising and declining candlestick bar. This will happen immediately it is attach to any mt4 currency symbol. 

Stage one:
1. 135.780 – 135.840 = 60
2. 135.840 – 135.810 = 30
3. 135.810 – 135.885 = 75
4. Sum the grand total

The diagram 2 screen is how the Parrot Pro program will arrange the filtered candlestick points when Williams Percent Range (%R) period 200 rise above oversold and decline below overbought. 
Note: 
1. Williams Percent Range (%R) Period 200 must rise above oversold and decline below overbought before the Parrot Pro will collect the last Candlestick Ask and Bid total point.
2. Use only the last bar of the rising and the declining candlestick for the Ask and Bid total point. 
3. Sum the entire total point
4. Update newer points as new Ask and Bid total point unfold.
5. Allow user to adjust the Williams Percent Range (%R) period 200. Max adjustment 1000.
6. Clear all data if window is exit. 
7. Do not speed low the system when attach to the chart.
8. Work in all timeframe and in all currency pairs.   
9. Mouse scroll proficient. 
10. Let user have access to past history of Parrot Pro in excel format.
