This new EA is a proof of concept: can we get AES256 CryptEncode/CryptDecode and WebRequest examples to work - should be simple?

Create an EA that embeds the sample code from:

https://docs.mql4.com/common/cryptencode

using aes256 crypt method (CRYPT_AES256)

and 

https://docs.mql4.com/common/webrequest calling my DOMAIN/PHP page

The goal is to get these functions to work within a sample proof-of-concept EA.

This EA will have extern inputs for:

* encrypt key

* string to encrypt/decrypt

* Domain HTTPS String

* Text file name for storing the 'proof'
