Need an expert advisor on the Commodity Channel Index

I want an EA for the CCI indicator. The input for the CCI would be 3.

 Strategy

The way the trade will go is once the indicator passes 0 level going up in the bullish direction a BUY order will be placed.

When the indicator drops back down under the 0 the order will automatically close out and a sell position will be opened. 

Once it goes back up and crossing the 0 level, the sell position will be closed out and a BUY position will be opened.

When ever ABOVE the 0 level, a BUY position must be placed.

Whenever BELOW the 0 level, a SELL position must be placed.

Never will the indicator be above the 0 level and the indicator is still in a sell order.

Never will the indicator be below the 0 level and the indicator is still in a buy order.
