Looking to turn my EA INTO auto trader

Would like for it to open trade orders based on user provide lot size and close trades based upon user daily pip or dollar goal
With the option to hedge and trailing stop lost
And option to close trade with a portion and keep reset running at lower lot size and will not open trade in opposite on same chart with option to start at certain time/day news and no news option
Have the bot run on more than one pair at a time by inputting list of pairs you want the bot to trade based on user broker with multiple time frames being scanned for entry and following the trend
Pairs being(forex,index,crypto, metals,stocks)
