Техническое задание

I need an EA that is able to scan open trades and look for buy and sell positions which is in a profit range to close simulaneously. Say we set range at between $1 and $2, whenever a buy and a sell has a combined profit in that range the EA must close both, even if 1 is + and the other -.

It must also weigh trades buy v sell, for instance there is 95 lots buy and 65 lots sell, whenever buys come in profit it must close buys untill the weight is within a 20% range.
