An EA based on previous 1st, 2nd and 3rd days 20 Days Simple Moving Average

Need an EA based on day low and day high and 20Days SMA, MA is based on open price.  Create a limit pending order on 4th Day server time 00:01 (ie New York Time 05:01pm) when meet the following requirements.  If 1st, 2nd and 3rd day is lower (higher) than 20D SMA and did not touch 20D SMA, create a sell (buy) limit order on the 4th day server time 00:01, Entry price (my input box) is a select option which I can choose from input box, like past three days' highest (lowest) or 3rd day highest (lowest).  Input box: I can input both stop loss (pips) and take profit (pips).  Once the pending limit order is created on 4th day server time 00:01, EA can set expiry date and time with my input stop loss and take profit (my input), pending limit order will be expired on the 4th day server time 23:59.
